As the net's most-respected drama had clearly capped out rankings-smart Tuesdays, this "The Mentalist"-like procedural has greater possibility to extend the vibe established through the "NCIS" block in to the 10 p.m. hour. Star Poppy Montgomery is really a trifle uneven within the lead, there is however enough intrigue all around the real-if-rare condition/ability she offers -- namely, recalling everything -- to supply the show an chance to consider root. Barring that, so how exactly does "NCIS: Memorable" seem?
